I’ve seen people make the weighing scale the center of their progress tracking every single time and get very depressed or sad which really makes me feel bad for them.
Where else people do not understand that the scale only determines the weight,
Yes! The weight only!
And your weighing scale doesn’t detect how much fat you’ve lost nor does it determine you’re over all progress.
Losing weight isn’t the only progress there is, having a fit lifestyle is all about moving better,feeling better, performing basic movements way better than an average person,having a good mental/physical health and so much more.
Please do not get so upset if you see mild fluctuations on your weighing scale for all you know,you just needed to go to the toilet to lose that slight extra gain.
Progress is much more than that, change your perception and give yourselves more credits because you deserve it.
